Orders up to £10 - £1.50

Orders up to £20 - £2.00

Orders up to £30 - £2.50

Orders up tp £40 - £3.00

Orders over £40 - £4.00 flat rate

Ireland £5.50 flat rate.

Shipping Wholesale Customers

£300 minimum order. £5.50 flat rate.

Return, Exchange and Damaged Goods Policy

We do not give refunds for change of mind, so please choose your goods carefully. Cut strings will not be exchanged or refunded. We are happy to exchange all other goods if they are returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. The Pearl Girl will not cover the shipping charge incurred by your return. You will have to pay the cost of returning the goods, and pay the cost of having the new goods shipped to you. If you receive an incomplete or damaged shipment, please contact us immediately upon receipt
