Orders

To the best of our ability we endeavour to send out all orders received by 12 noon within 48 hours.

All orders will be sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery or extremely heavy orders will be sent using dhl or another acceptable courier.

We cannot however predict extreme weather conditions and problems beyond our control preventing this from happening.

Stock

The Pearl Girl has hundreds of bead types. Some of these beads are one off lines which are not manufactured on a continual basis. We supply these lines so that our stock is continually interesting and new. This also means that we may not be able to provide a bead that you purchased from us some time ago. Whilst we try to keep beads in our catalogue in stock at all times, this is not always achievable. Please also note that colours of stock may vary slightly.

Payment

The Pearl Girl accepts all major credit/debit cards.

The Pearl Girl has  a large variety of items available and sometimes unavailability of one or two items is inevitable. When this occurs we will send out all the items we have in stock and refund the cost of the item(s) that is missing.
